MediaTek Succeed to Get Ahead of Qualcomm

MediaTek succeeded Qualcomm

Chinese technology giant Oppo, 5G-supported Reno 3 and Reno 3 Pro models came to our surprise yesterday. The Reno 3 is powered by MediaTek's new processor Dimensity 1000L, while the Pro comes from Qualcomm's Snapdragon 765G chipset. Today, these two models appeared in the performance test application AnTuTu.

The introduction of the Reno 3 gets 337,669 points from the AnTuTu test, while the Pro version achieves 320,822 points from the test. It doesn't seem to be the biggest factor for the standard model to score higher than the Pro. MediaTek's mid-segment processor, the Dimensity 1000L, was already known to outperform Qualcomm's SD 765G chipset.
